We are looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist who will support the implementation of organizational effectiveness initiatives including talent acquisition, organizational talent reviews, succession planning, goal setting, performance reviews, and employee/leadership development to enable leaders and functional areas across Colombia.
The principle responsibilities of this positions will be:
Attract, inject and develop the best talent, external and internal through the process of recruiting, onboarding and talent management, ensuring to have the right people in the right position.
Implement and monitor the development of employees through processes of talent review, Map, Calibration, development plans, learning and special leadership development programs, aligned with the transformation process and the attributes we need to be successful.
Accompany the organization in the design of change management plans and organizational design, which allow us to reinvent ourselves in the face of new challenges and direction of the transformations process.
Education, experience and desired functional knowledge and skills
• Proven 3 to 4 years or more of experience as a generalist/business partner
- Demonstrable knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management, learning and change management.
- Fluent English & Spanish
