Area Sales Manager

OPPORTUNITIES • Manage all sales performance, activities in an assigned Area • Closely work with both PMK and EZD (Exclusive Zone Distributor) sales forces to implement sales, distribution, and marketing strategies for growth of sales volume and market share • Effective management of Key Account outlets in cooperation with Key Accounts Field Manager • Regularly review sales related performance (e.g. market trends, Key Accounts POS data, brand opportunities etc) and establish area specific sales plans • Communicate sales objectives, directions and guidelines to Field Sales forces on a regular basis • Propose and implement POSM (Point of Sales Material) plan • Establish optimal business infrastructure • Conduct market visit to study market situations of both general trade and key accounts outlets • Regularly review the budget spending status and relocate budgets accordingly, manage returned cigarette inventory • Evaluate performance and provide coaching to team members REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree or above • 8 + years of experience in Sales • Experience in B2C environment (Direct consumer experience) is a must • Strong interpersonal skill and people management skill • Intermediate level of written and spoken English #LIJobs
