During your graduate program you will discover what Operations @ PMI is, and, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills. Your program will start with a comprehensive onboarding period, followed by rotational assignments through 2 or 3 Operations departments such as Quality, Engineering and Production. The objective of the graduate program is to give you a holistic understanding of the PMI Operations business. You will have one dedicated Management Team member for coaching & continuous follow-up as well as a buddy to help you with your day-to-day questions. Your Personal Development Plan as well as a Formal Evaluation & Feedback after each assignment/project will help you to develop yourself throughout the graduate program. At the end of the 12 month rotation, you will have the opportunity to grow into a position within PMI such as a Project Engineer, Production Supervisor or a QA Team Leader. At PMI, we are looking for motivated individuals interested in pursuing their professional careers in an international environment. They are willing to influence their own development, to be able to think outside the box and to put their own ideas into practice. More precisely you hold a degree in Engineering or Life sciences with maximum 1-2 years of professional experience. You are curious, results-focused and agile. You have excellent communication skills in French both written and spoken with English as a plus.
