WE OFFER: • unique opportunity to join an industry leader in the business transformation • a possibility for growth by joining experienced and highly professional team that designs the consumer-centric processes • competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: o flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs o private medical and dental care, life insurance o subsidized meals in company canteens o employee pension plan o multisport program o holiday & Christmas bonus o wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification RISE TO THE CHALLENGE: As Service & Process Specialist you will: • Implement new digital tools and processes related to customer care according to company’s standards and procedures • Coordination of product care processes according to both internal and global company standards • Analyse data from various sources and present recommendations in most efficient way • Provide administrative support for Logistics Service supplier • Analysis of product care process improvements • Carry out administrative tasks (e.g. stock control, reporting to internal and external stakeholders) WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A TEAM PLAYER WITH: • Experience (1-2 years) in position related to process improvement tasks • Deep understanding of business processes and ability to find links between them • Analytical background and ability to give business recommendations based on data • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and dealing with diverse stakeholders • Project management abilities • Great communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English and Polish, both oral and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
