Manager E-Commerce Merchandising

With mobile as the gateway to our consumers and one-click away from purchasing behaviour, PMI are looking for forward thinking, shopper centric candidates to develop its next generation unified commerce strategy as it commercializes the IQOS brand, its products and services, across all digital touchpoints along the consumer journey. You will : • Build quarterly eCommerce merchandising plans, focused on achieving our sales and NPS targets • Partner with the Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistent product storytelling across all channels, work with these teams to develop a cross-functional calendar • Identify merchandising themes (trends, galleries, etc.) that will serve as features / hero stories, work with Marketing to build these into a monthly calendar • Build product briefs to allow Marketing and Design teams to execute on the overall product vision • Build quarterly post-mortems summarizing our results and highlighting opportunities for future growth, including opportunities for online exclusives that maximize traffic and conversion targets. • Review and analyze category/product results weekly, suggest actions to improve results • Conduct regular competitive analysis to better understand the competitive landscape • Monitor the product set-up process to ensure that the full assortment appears online • Build quarterly eCommerce merchandising plans, focused on achieving our sales and NPS targets • Identify merchandising themes (trends, galleries, etc.) that will serve as features / hero stories, work with Marketing to build these into a monthly calendar • Review and analyze category/product results weekly, suggest actions to improve results • Conduct regular competitive analysis to better understand the competitive landscape • Monitor the shopping navigation and creation of galleries to ensure that they fit our collection while being easy for our consumers to shop, use search volumes as an input We’re looking for someone with: • You will be driven by results and have the ability to cohesively balance our business needs with those of our consumers/ shoppers in regards to products and promotions What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
