IQOS Development Executive(Himeji Unit, Kansai North District, Kansai Region)

Philip Morris Japan is currently seeking an action oriented, team player, and entrepreneurial IQOS Development Executive to join our Field Sales team. As an IQOS Development Executive, you will lead the deployment of Community Development Activities and Consumer Engagement programs that will directly contribute to the growth of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES As an IQOS Development Executive, you will be responsible for introducing IQOS to legal age smokers as an alternative to their regular cigarettes. You will look for opportunities and lead the execution of different Consumer Engagement (CE) activities, creatively introduce and present the benefits of the products through Guided Conversion, seminars, or other consumer activities program. This will require you to develop, maintain, and follow up relationship with customers and other stakeholders. You will collaborate with our Trade team and fully utilize your internal/external network in order to maximize IQOS business opportunities. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for line planning and managing Sales Experts (SE) for the execution of CE activities. You are also expected to review and evaluate the impact of the activities and aim for continuous improvements. QUALIFICATIONS Native/Business Japanese Self-Driven Entrepreneurial spirit and a winning “can do” attitude Team Player Owns Driver’s License 2+ years sales experience WANT TO DISCOVER YOUR POTENTIAL?
