About the role
As the UX/UI Manager, you design and implement user experience journeys on our digital platforms to deliver a user-friendly and intuitive online consumer experience.
Within this role, there are 7 key main area’s to focus on:
You will develop online consumer journeys and experiences to ensure that the online consumer experience of IQOS is positive and engenders brand loyalty. As the expert in this domain, you will recommend the best approaches for implementation of online user experience.
Together with the Head of UX/UI, you’ll focus on the look and feel of the IQOS website within global guidelines, leading the UX roadmap for all digital consumer experiences. This includes all decisions about UI flow based on the overall design roadmap and supporting the digital design thinking and fundamental principles.
In order to successfully develop online journeys, you work closely with the Deployment function to ensure a joined up Commercial approach across all sales channels. Your collaboration with Development function will be to ensure appropriate digital content is produced in a timely way. It is crucial that content translates the brand vision into functionality and features.
You will oversee and direct the requirements for digital content, making sure that content is fit for purpose and fits with our digital strategy by providing quality check all digital real estate. As we collaborate with 3rd party partners, you act as the point of contact to ensure that outputs are integrated and quality checking all digital agency briefs and spends.
To improve the online consumer experience, you will actively identify improvement areas for the online channels, commissioning research and analysis as required.
You'll identify functional user requirements and documents these to communicate the design, process, rationale and decisions that direct and support UX/UI. This means creating, improving and using wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate interaction ideas using any of these methods.
As a people manager, you encourage the development of digital competencies and online business insight by coaching and creating learning opportunities.
You have minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI driving online consumer experience.
Ideally, you have previous experience in a digital/online environment, and demonstrate your ability to handle different stakeholders while being objective and target focused.
