E-commerce Manager Amazon and Ebay Account

With mobile as the gateway to our consumers and one-click away from purchasing behaviour, PMI are looking for forward thinking, shopper centric candidates to develop its next generation unified commerce strategy as it commercializes the IQOS brand, its products and services, across all digital touchpoints along the consumer journey. You will : • Manage and develop the account relationship with Amazon/ eBay entities and orchestrating cross-functional service model • Harmonize cross country operating models and projects to ensure an effective aligned GTM approach. Align markets through regional teams • Joint Business Plan development and implementation • Coordinate and orchestrate cross functional service model • Monitor, analyze and act on account performance KPIs • Coordination with PMI markets and global partners for alignment on assortment, pricing, campaign management etc. • Account Business planning and forecasting • Achievement of annual & long-term IQOS sales & profit plans with assigned accounts. • Know the branded category opportunity within Amazon Marketplaces inside out and develops an exceptional understanding of the RRP category development plan, its key drivers and its positioning with the customer • Develop the approach and winning playbook for Amazon • Establish a strong business relationship with key category decision makers • Work closely with the regional teams to develop programs and assortments that help building the IQOS brand whilst maximizing volume opportunities within the eRetail channel • In collaboration with the Account Marketing Manager and the Head of e-commerce CX drives account productivity (brand and sales) ensuring excellent and seamless digital shopper experiences We’re looking for someone with: • The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically and to drive the detailed execution of specific initiatives with excellent negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skills • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required; be customer obsessed - action and results driven and passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. E-commerce (online sales) plays an important role in the commercialization of our RRPs as in many RRP launch markets, we sell IQOS device and tobacco sticks online. Expansion of our product portfolio and device customization options will further increase the importance of e-commerce channel and this role represents an entrepreneurial opportunity to define the business strategies to globally grow the channel in a profitable manner. You will join a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in a role which requires great agility, ability to deal with ambiguity, drive, and a solution driven mindset. For our E-Commerce in Lausanne, Switzerland we are therefore looking for a Manager Amazon & Ebay Account In this position you will be responsible for the development of the IQOS brand within Amazon and Ebay to drive distribution and profitable revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Manage and develop the account relationship with Amazon/ eBay entities and orchestrating cross-functional service model • Harmonize cross country operating models and projects to ensure an effective aligned GTM approach. Align markets through regional teams • Joint Business Plan development and implementation • Coordinate and orchestrate cross functional service model • Monitor, analyze and act on account performance KPIs • Coordination with PMI markets and global partners for alignment on assortment, pricing, campaign management etc. • Account Business planning and forecasting • Achievement of annual & long-term IQOS sales & profit plans with assigned accounts. • Know the branded category opportunity within Amazon Marketplaces inside out and develops an exceptional understanding of the RRP category development plan, its key drivers and its positioning with the customer • Develop the approach and winning playbook for Amazon • Establish a strong business relationship with key category decision makers • Work closely with the regional teams to develop programs and assortments that help building the IQOS brand whilst maximizing volume opportunities within the eRetail channel • In collaboration with the Account Marketing Manager and the Head of e-commerce CX drives account productivity (brand and sales) ensuring excellent and seamless digital shopper experiences About you: • May seems obvious but experience in managing relationships with large Marketplace as Amazon, Rakuten, Alibaba etc… is MANDATORY. • The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically and to drive the detailed execution of specific initiatives with excellent negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skills • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required; be customer obsessed - action and results driven and passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales. • Experience in a similar role in a B2C large online business is a must. • Experience in developing business planning and managing performance of merchandising KPIs. • Strong negotiation skills.
