Indirect Retail Analyst

We are looking for our (In)direct Retail specialist for the development and expansion of the retail environment in our RRP’S markets. Main responsibilities *Set up complete store solution: locations, concept, design, time plans, etc. *Communications, management of the budget, suppliers, consumer journey, experience and service *Prepare support materials and market research materials for new retail activation *Facility management in order to ensure high service standards *Work closely with marketing as well as with the local deployment teams *Ensure overall high level of consumer satisfaction and shopping experience at retail touchpoints *Handling budget for retail touchpoints and activation deployment *Collecting and reporting the business critical data Requirements *5 years of Experience in trade / retail positions and environment, desire in consumer electronics, retail stores, luxury or beauty companies. *Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish *Business thinking, Customer orientation, Insights, ability to work both independently and in a team *Proven track record to have successfully led complexity within diverse projects. *Strong product understanding, ability to learn and understand the category and competition from a product/delivery/satisfaction standpoint. *Work towards results, analytical skills, innovator.
