Consumer Insights and Analytics Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS/IS: • min. 5 years of work experience in business intelligence, business analytics, market research, data science • statistical knowledge and proficiency in SQL and Power BI; comfortable with R, Python o delivered analysis, reporting using SQL, Power BI (preferred) or Tableau to support stakeholder’s decision o experienced with data-management, statistical and optimization languages, ideally PYTHON / R o experienced with text mining management and improvement (Stratifyd is a plus) • understanding and implementation experience of predictive modeling algorithms such as regressions, time series, clustering, decision trees, etc. with familiarity dealing with tradeoffs between model performance and business needs • ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (directors, managers, developers, end-users, etc.) and cross-functionally to make consumer insights relevant for different audiences by balancing storytelling and actionability / clear recommendations • The ability to convey complex solutions to a less technical person • Fluent written and spoken English & Polish. • Experience with NPS would be an asset • Educational background: Mathematics/statistics/advanced analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data science, Sociology RISE TO THE CHALLENGE: As Analytics and Insights Manager, you will: • Conduct real-time market-level analyses to generate consumer insights for their Commercial, Consumer Journey and Channel teams using consumer feedback via NPS system, connecting with other complex Internal business data sources • Create root cause analyses to build hypotheses that feed in to actions / further research and managing the various dashboards & systems • Applying variety of analytical techniques to perform root cause analysis, including data mining and collaborating with EAD • Combine consumer research, business KPIs and financial data to calculate customer equity / ROI analysis • Conduct post launch measurement of Inner loop initiatives • In-depth diagnostic research in the market into prioritized topics to learn what LAS/U are thinking / feeling / doing along the Consumer Journey and to recommend actions for improvement WE OFFER: • Multinational experience within a highly dynamic organization moved by the vision of a smoke-free future • Possibility to participate in international projects and open-up exciting career opportunities • Working in the office by Dworzec Gdański metro station • Competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: • flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs • private medical and dental care, life insurance • subsidized meals • multisport program • wide range of training, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification • employee pension plan
