Customer Care Manager (Customer Care function) • Develops cooperation with retail chains for projects related to device service centers • Manages a call center • Creates & supports loyalty programs 2. Senior Business Planning Analyst (Finance function) • Provides support to business partners in pricing strategy development & implementation • Develops long-term forecast & strategic planning of the cigarettes market in Ukraine • Supports investment strategies for products & projects, key market drivers & business profitability, & resource allocation • Analyzes public sources to track competitors & our own market activities, & proposes best solutions to address market challenges 3. Manager Organization Development (HR function) • Responsible for organization development & transformation functions • Supports change management & company processes in order to build truly consumer centric organization • Develops employees skills & engagement throughout the company transformation stage • Leads performance & talent management processes 4. Brand Retail Manager (Brand Retail function) • Builds & manages brand retail channel at the market level • As a member of the Market Commercial Team, contributes in developing the overall market omni-channel strategy • Assesses channel opportunity & explore innovative solutions 5. Digital Solutions Research & Development (R&D) Manager (Digital Infrastructure function) • Responsible for the development, deployment & support of Digital Infrastructure (including but not limited to: CRM, CMS, websites, Apps) • Responsible for the production of technical specifications & working with end users to understand & develop proactive solutions based on live requirements • Manages regular website maintenance & database problems • Works with different CMS (OpenCart, Magento, Drupal, etc.) • Manages application/workload migration to Amazon Web Services, Azure or Google Cloud Platform 6. Digital Solutions Research & Development (R&D) Executive (Digital Infrastructure function) • Writes testable, modular & extensible BE • Works with end users to understand & develop proactively MVP’s based on live requirements • Delivers a wide variety of digital tools & apps working with internal teams from concept to launch. These projects can range from full website build, design tweaks or innovative product concepts • Data Base managing & migration • Builds RESTful API's with OpenAPI / Swagger specifications (would be a plus) • Works with Corezoid (would be a plus) 7. Communications Manager (External Affairs function) • Develops & executes local communication strategy in alignment with Corporate Affairs (fiscal, regulatory) & Commercial strategy • Leads market decisions on communications issues, strategies & events • Defines & reviews stories/content for different platforms (e.g., corporate website, social media) • Builds & maintains relationships with key journalists & social media influencers • Initiates analysis of special situations that might impact the affiliate business; develops & executes proactive/reactive plans for crisis management under OC guidance as appropriate • Acts as a company’s spokesperson 8. Group Brand Manager (Marketing function) • Manages premium & medium brands strategy - Marlboro, Parliament, L&M; Leads IQOS brand strategy • Responsible for planning, development & implementation of all B2C marketing strategies, marketing communications, activities • Conducts market & consumer analysis; deep dives into purchase habits, brand value & reliability 9. Tax Manager (Finance function) • Responsible for tax strategy & planning, tax reporting & compliance • Provides advisory support to the company’s customs team in order to minimize risks in the customs area • Develops company’s defense strategy during tax & customs audits 10. Sales Project Lead (Sales function) • Prepares Commercial Business Unit development plan (commercial initiatives, channels’ infrastructure & territory specific brand/consumer activation programs) • Provides deployment planning of brand, trade & consumer channels’ activation & resource allocation within the Commercial Business Unit to ensure fulfillment of sales volume, profitable market share & support sustainable business growth • Manages a field force team Please apply and chose the vacancy that interests you.
