About the Position
As a Consumer Journey Manager you'd be the compass of the whole ship. Managing a team of consumer and data driven analysts you'd be an expert in investigating and discovering the delights and challenges our consumers and potential consumers are going through from being aware of our product till purchasing it, living with it and eventually advocating it to others. By gathering these insights and portraying them constructively you'd be able to highlight the key improvement and focus areas for the company hence defining the tactics that will make our consumers the happiest. Moreover, you'd be translating your insights to action by designing new projects that correlate with the experience gaps you have discovered, projects that will then be transferred to the Capability Building team for implementation. As a Consumer Journey Manager you'll be in charge of continuously perfecting each step of the journey, monitoring channel and projects execution while performing quality assurance to our Omni Channel Ecosystem. You are expected to be a key player in building our product's strategy hence will be required to present your conclusions a recommendations to the management team on a frequent basis.

•College/University degree(preferred MBA) in business management / psychology / industrial engineering
•Proven experience in leading successfully marketing departments and growth strategies in B2C companies
•Experience in leading integrated, multi-channel, consumer marketing programs
•Experience supporting market share growth in a highly-competitive, fasting changing space
•Experience in usage of customer centric, Agile project management methodologies
•Strong analytical skills, with proven capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling insights into actionable key takeaways
•Experience working with SPSS/R, Big Data, Data Science and data visualization (e.g. Power BI and Tableau) - a plus, but not required.
•Experience working with Sales Force - a plus, but not required.
•Proven experience in leading teams to achieve great success
•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
•Fluency in written and spoken English
