Manager Brand Retail

About the Position We are at the beginning of our journey and have the ambition to create a unique and exquisite retail experience for our potential and current Consumers. As the Brand Retail Manager you will be our Guru for the retail formats, both in terms of strategical thinking and in terms of quality, rapid execution. You will be heading the Brand Retail team dedicated to RRPs (Reduced Risk Products) reporting to the Head of Consumer Experience. You will bring your expertise to the function to set Israel's brand retail strategy, environment, operating model and consumer experience while cooperating with global deployment guidelines. You will have full accountability for the conceptualization and set up of our new brand retail outlets, operating the whole network and continuously improving its consumer experience. You will •Manage existing brand retail outlets •Open new retail outlets / formats in-line with the RRP strategy •Ensure consistency and alignment with the rest of our Omni-channel ecosystem. •Manage local and global stakeholders and suppliers. •Collaborate with the Golbal Brand Retail team to adapt deployment guidelines to Israel brand retail environment •Work closely with the local departments and Consumer Journey team to develop and execute an innovative and continuously improving brand retail experience •Recruit and manage your outlet's personnel targeting to build genuine relationships with the customers via understanding their upfront and underlying needs. •Master the quality of services you provide in your outlets •Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience as well as for exploring innovative solutions. •Explore potential partnerships to enhance our retail ecosystem •Establish and monitor Brand Retail KPI’s Qualifications We are looking for versatile, agile, creative yet practical individuals with an action oriented attitude, with great hunger for solving key business challenges in an ever changing business environment. •Doers, not dreamers •Strategic and analytical thinking •Marketing and Customer Excellence experience •Initiative takers •Excellent leadership, collaboration and inter personal skills •Excellent learning on the fly •Agility •Ability to work in a fast changing environment under pressuring time limitations •Independent •Passion for understanding consumers and finding patterns in the data •Exquisite presentation and storytelling skills •Experience with influencing decisions in complex, matrixed organizations. Requirements • College/University degree (preferred MBA) in business management / psychology / industrial engineering or any other field relevant to the business. •Proven record in building and implementing Brand Retail Strategies •Proven record in managing direct brand retail and traffic generation programs •Experience in retail operations management, budgeting, and planning •Experience in leading integrated, multi-channel, consumer marketing programs •Experience supporting market share growth in a highly-competitive, fasting changing space. •Experience in usage of customer centric, Agile project management methodologies • Proven track of success in negotiation with 3rd parties and suppliers. •Experienced in collaborating with Real Estate agencies •Has advanced knowledge in store operating systems (Cash systems, supply management, CRM, SAP) –an advantage •High customer and people service orientation. •Proven experience in leading teams to achieve great success • Good analytical skills, with proven capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling insights into actionable key takeaways •Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences •Fluency in written and spoken English Philip Morris International: Delivering a Smoke-Free Future.
