Your ‘day to day’
Develop, propose and implement developmental and resourcing programmes that focus on developing core competencies to the level required to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Lead Global, Regional and local market Talent Management, Talent Development & People Engagement projects such as Thrive, Inclusion & Diversity and people capability building which is customized to specific organization/functional needs (development centre and assessment centre).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Talent Review discussion/evaluation process with the involvement of the Director People & Culture to ensure a quality result and consistent principle/concept on organizational review, people development assessment across functions are in place.
[Inclusion & Diversity]
Lead and form x-functional team to embed diversity of thoughts and inclusive culture within the organization in line with Global & Regional PMI directions.
Develop the local engagement plan and content in partnership with regional engagement team.
Deploy corporate people engagement initiatives locally.
Define target metrics, monitor and report the progress of people engagement initiatives - iterate accordingly.
[Project Planning & Budget Management]
Manage, plan, control and monitor Talent Management, Talent Development, People Engagement and Projects budget to carry out the activities specified in OB plan in line with business needs.
[Managing & Appraising Performance]
Plan, control, facilitate, and implement the MAP system to meet all levels across entire organisation and in line with PMI standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure the performance appraisal system is in place in the organisation as a clear measurement and important development tool in recognizing employees’ success, high potentials or identifying improvement areas.
