District Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Implement sales strategy through efficient management of territory and in a responsible and consistent manner • Build and maintain constructive and productive long-term partnership with customers on assigned territory and distributor representatives • Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance, coaching and professional training of team members • Encourage initiatives to allow subordinates maximize their potential in the job • Monitor and analyze market information in order to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the district • Plan and control the use of the approved budget necessary for the implementation of plans and regional development strategies? EDUCATION AND KEY REQUIREMENTS: • University degree • 3+ years’ experience in a relevant position • Language skills: Romanian/Russian – fluent; English – upper-intermediate • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products KEY SKILLS: • Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish and maintain positive & productive business relationships • Entrepreneurship and ability to see the opportunities, but not the obstacles and “can do” attitude • Flexibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines managing simultaneously different projects • Customer focus and ability to present and communicate with different functions and layers • Leadership, team management, organizational agility skills WHAT WE OFFER: • You will work in truly international environment • You will get unique development opportunities • You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues • You will get competitive level of compensation & social package
