Intern in HR department

We are looking for an intern in Talent & Organizational Development Team. The team is responsible for employees’ development (performance Management, talent management, trainings, leadership development. We can offer you: - Up to 12 months paid internship - On-the-job experience coupled with trainings - Opportunity to learn how talent management is organized in the international company - Opportunity to practice presentation skills - Work in a people oriented team, eager to share the knowledge As a part of a Talent & Organizational Development Team you will be responsible for: - Administrating trainings (logistics, communication with participants) - supporting the team in day to day work - participating in projects run in the department - co-creating webinars and workshops - co-facilitating trainings - reporting key data - preparing communication to the employees You are a great fit if: - You are 3-5th year student - You speak fluently English & Polish - You have multitasking and proactive attitude - You have practical knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - You are available to work for at least 30 hours a week - You are well-organized person with a knowledge of how to prioritize and plan ahead - You have attention to details and ability to act on ad-hock tasks Please, apply online till 19.11.2019.
