As a Senior Trade Activation Executive you will be fully responsible for digital communication towards our Hungarian retail partners, in close collaboration with colleagues in the CZ/SK/HU cluster.
Your main accountabilities:
• Manage our B2B online platform, with special focus on retail education and engagement
• Coordinate 3rd party digital- and creative agencies (content creation, digital developments)
• Collaborate with Indirect Retail and Consumer Journey teams to support rollout of new initiatives
• Work closely with Field Sales Force to coordinate execution of digital programs
• Proactively monitor and implement best practices from CZ/SK/HU cluster and EU region
• Analyze results, and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and monitor spending, ensure that expenses are in line with agreed budget
We are looking for a candidate with following characteristics:
• University degree; marketing or business field is advantage
• Strong communication skills; fluent Hungarian, fluent English
• 3 years of professional experience in commercial functions in an FMCG environment
• Big advantage is experience in digital roles: Content development, Analytics, CRM
• Very good analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a passion for sharing/implementation of best practices
• Proactivity and independent work habits, combined with a high drive for results
