Your ‘day to day’
As a Customer Operations supervisor, you will drive the strategy implementation from customer care perspective with the main purpose to ensure an enhanced interaction between customers and product.
Your key accountabilities will be:
• Implement device replacement strategy across all channels to maintain the same level of consumer experience.
• Manage that a consistent service and assistance is provide to our consumer who reach us for support, in coordination with other departments to ensure a consistent brand response
• Daily manage 3rd party service suppliers to ensure expected business results are delivered
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a creative problem solver with an innovative mindset, focused on improvement that has higher education with 3 years previous experience as a leader in B2C customer care operations
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office is necessary.
…and, of course, you have to be able to work under targets and with deadline and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
