Reporting and Analysis Expert

You will provide the organization with timely, accurate and meaningful insights for the business performance through automatic and integrated reporting. YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
•Maintain system data basis, while working with different systems and stakeholders
•Capture and unify data from multiple sources
•Develop, visualize and maintain regular and ad-hoc local reports, as well as dashboards using Excel files with Pivot, Power Query, Power BI or similar BI systems
•Prepare analysis of reported results and present the insights to key stakeholders
•Prepare and share a defined set of business KPI's reports with key customers within the organization on a regular basis
•Prepare and analyze campaigns’ post-evaluation based on collected qualitative and quantitative input.
•Anticipate the needs of the business and lead the identification of enhancements, improvements and/or new development of commercial information systems to drive competitive advantage and efficiency
•Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define the integration & infrastructure requirements in order to enhance insights and drive growth
•Evaluate and adapt best practices to enhance the abilities of the local market
•Participate in cross-departmental business discussions to support business needs and provide value added insights regarding business performance
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET OUR CRITERIA:
•University degree in Statistics, Business Information, Economics, Informatics or related field
•2-3 years of experience in Analysis & Data Management
•Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables
•Ability to translate complex data into insights and to communicate to a broader audience including management
•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian
•Team player with high level of agility, communications and social skills
•Expertise in benchmarking, A/B testing and analysis, reporting/data visualization tools
•Working knowledge with POWER–BI or similar
•Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel
•SQL is an advantage
