Manager Commercial Dev. & Planning reports to the Director of Sales You're ‘day to day’ The selected candidate will develop retail strategy based on channel specifics to ensure sustainable growth of Sales Volume, Market Share and profitability of PML portfolio. Develop and transform brands' strategies into long/short commercial plans to achieve our business goals. Design innovative and cost-efficient trade engagement platforms to ensure sustainable long-term competitive advantage and which build long-term partnership with key customers. Support the alignment between Sales team and the multifunctional teams in the Headquarters. Be accountable for the digital trade engagement platform assimilation and last but not least, enhancing professional expertise among his team with a high level of employee motivation and commitment to business objectives. Priority Setting •Customer Focus •Comfort Around Higher Management •Possessing excellent communication skills •Good collaboration with colleagues and senior managers Requirements •BA/B.Sc. – Must •Solid experience of Sales and/or Trade Marketing in multinational or credible local company (5+ years) •Minimum 3 years in managerial position. •Strong knowledge and expertise of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must •Knowledge of BI systems (SAP, Tableau, salesforce.com) - Advantage •Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write and present – Must Philip Morris International: Delivering a Smoke-Free Future.
