City Hub Manager – České Budějovice

We are currently looking for City Hub Manager – České Budějovice Primary goal of our team is to drive and secure an effective conversion of all LAS (legal age smokers) in the area of South Bohemia. Your main task will be managing, leading and motivating a team of the Hub and supervising work of external partner´s staff. YOUR ROLE WILL BE: • Establishing and managing the operation of the City Hub, preparing and evaluating city plans, managing the budget to deliver planned KPI´s and allocating tools and resources • Translating the local strategy for the City Hub conversion and plans, cascading targets and KPI´s for the team members • Supervising all conversion activities and initiatives, searching for new opportunities for consumer conversion, supporting subordinates in possible communities identification • Maintaining cooperation with the third party (external service provider) on local level, proposing and implementing improvements in mutual cooperation, participating in selection of new team members • Cooperate with other PMI regional stakeholders (Retail team, Brand Retail team) to optimize resources and efficiently address customer needs in the given region YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW: • Secondary School / University degree (Business/Commerce, Marketing, Finance) • Intermediate English, native Czech/Slovak language • Min. of 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Marketing or Sales; experience in people management is must • Very good understanding of regional culture traits, trends and communities and disposes of a very broad personal network • Business acumen, drive for results and analytical skills WHAT WE OFFER Our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities and the possibility to express your potential through experimentation.
