Sales Administrative Assistant

We are looking to recruit our next Sales Administrative Assistant. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Mindanao Sales Force. You will position yourself as the administrative advisor to the Mindanao Sales Team, specifically supporting the Area Sales Manager of the region, enabling them to make decisions that are consistent with company policies and processes. Additional responsibilities: •Manage Sales Files •Execute administrative functions for the Mindanao Sales leadership team, such as preparation of supply requisitions, maintenance of stock and raising of purchase orders, to ensure that supplies are readily available •Serve as HR point of contact in the Sales Office •Plan and coordinate company events by closely liaising with both internal and external parties •Manage travel arrangements for all Directors, Managers, and visitors, when they visit the area •Manage all travel requirements of the ASM, and/or Mindanao Sales Management Team QUALIFICATIONS You have a college degree, You have strong interpersonal skills and are organized and self-motivated. You have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience. You have the ability to work under minimal supervision. You have good numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. You are capable of working under pressure and with tight deadlines. WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE Davao Sales Office Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
