You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and build new ways of working that span the whole world. === YOUR DAY TO DAY === TRAINING: Assist in preparing and delivering engaging and impactful trainings to raise awareness of the Guidebook for Success, our Principles & Practices, and our fundamental values and behaviors, for all employees in the affiliate (including new hires, supervisors, and management team members) and, as appropriate, contracted employees/third parties. Ensure that centrally developed ethics & compliance training materials are translated and tailored for the training audience, and that live compliance training completions are appropriately recorded in a central compliance training database. COMMUNICATIONS: Support the affiliate head, management team and supervisors in setting the right “tone at the top” and “tone in the middle” to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct, and a commitment to the law, human rights, sustainability, our P&Ps and speaking up. Continue to refresh communications, training and education platforms, messages and materials so they are simple, easy to understand and accessible to employees. Contribute to the implementation of global/PMI Ethics & Compliance initiatives, including updating intranet sites, surveys and Guidebook updates or communications campaigns. SPEAKING UP & INVESTIGATIONS: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees who seek guidance on compliance-related matters or who wish to discuss or report suspected misconduct. Equip affiliate management and supervisors with tools to foster a speaking up culture and to ensure appropriate handing of reports. Ensure that reports of suspected compliance violations are appropriately investigated in line with PMI Investigation standards and that the results of investigations are detailed and reported to affiliate management. Identify root causes of, and any trends in, misconduct, and work with affiliate management to tackle root causes or trends. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND COMPLIANCE RISK ASSESSMENT: Promote awareness of employee obligations to disclose potential COIs; respond to potential disclosures and maintain records of such responses in the case management system. Conduct the Integrated Risk Assessment for the affiliate, including engaging with affiliate functional heads and/or their delegates to obtain their input on compliance-related risks, mitigation measures and implementation. Monitor execution, maintain relevant documentation, and periodically update the affiliate management team on the status of the risk plan and current/emerging risks. === WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR === WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years background in corporate governance, Law, HR, Finance, Commercial/Sales, IS, Operations or Corporate Affairs-related fields.
