WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS/IS: • Bachelor or master degree - BI, computer science, econometrics, statistics or other data related field preferred • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret, visualize and tell the story behind the data • Work experience with data visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred) will be an asset • Working experience in relational databases (SQL) and analytical toolkit (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Python) would be a strong plus • Passion for both business understanding and leveraging data to improve business processes and support decision making • 1 year of professional experience and passion for further excelling in broadly understood BI, including- business & client understanding, business analysis, data visualization, databases, data integration, ETL, advanced analytics, big data • Fluent English RISE TO THE CHALLENGE: As Analyst Consumer Data, you will: • Design, develop and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau, sourcing data from internal MS SQL Server databases • Design, setup and support of data governance and data integration processes • Advise internal clients on optimal BI/analytics strategy and its execution • Communication with internal stakeholders and managing their expectations • Evangelization of data and analytics solution to create a data-driven organization • Knowledge share it with the team members to help grow the team WE OFFER: • Multinational experience within a highly dynamic organization moved by the vision of a smoke-free future • Possibility to participate in international projects and open-up exciting career opportunities • Working in the office by Dworzec Gdański metro station • Competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: • flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs • private medical and dental care, life insurance • subsidized meals • multisport program • wide range of training, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification • employee pension plan
