The Market Intelligence Group is looking for detail-oriented and consumer centric candidates to join its Insights and Reporting Team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support to Manager Insights and Reporting in the continuous assessment of the factors impacting company’s performance which will be an input to the strategic short-term and long-term management decision-making.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously assess/benchmark PM’s sales performance, efficiency and effectiveness in field, highlight potential threats and opportunities, support the development of sales channels strategies, develop/optimize processes and propose new initiatives to ensure the sales force’s flexibility, efficiency and sustained competitive advantage in field.
- Ensure all the sales management is timely and adequately informed about sales organization performance and activities to optimize all the sales resources (human and budget).
- Proactively challenge current actions/ initiatives and propose new approaches to commercial issues, based on internal/ external benchmark and trends, as well as anticipate legal changes and assess respective impacts, in order to develop innovative and efficient solutions maximizing synergies and efficiency gains.
- Analyze market survey reports, in order to validate and align with the regular reports provided to Area Manager/Sales Management team.
You must have a bachelor’s degree, with 2 years of strategic analysis & planning and preferably sales experience, general and industry knowledge on trade, consumer, competition, and regulatory framework; as well as knowledgeable on sales fundamentals, portfolio understanding, analytical and decision-making skills and people management and development. Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies, brand building or consumer engagement experience is a plus.
WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
The Finance Center, BGC Taguig City
Mondays to Fridays, Generally 8:30AM to 5:30PM
