Human Resources Budget & Projects Lead

We are looking for a highly motivate employee with passion and dedication to be our next Budget & Projects Lead that will lead People & Culture Ops projects and initiatives related to Financials, Budgeting where accounting; payroll and system management will be required. Accountabilities: - Lead Payroll Projects which will bring automation and solid processes to the operation - Manage the Budget & Financials of: Severance; International Assignment; P&C department - Responsible for Audits: Internal & External. - Exploit the effective use of Payroll & HR Systems (SAP, People Net) Competencies: - Project management - Continuous Improvement: System and tools automation - Autonomy - Languages: Spanish; English (Proficient) Find a new path We offer you a fresh perspective.
