RRP Regional Customer Care Executive

ACCOUNTABILITIES: • coordinate LSP (Logistics Services Provider) activities and deployment in the area, ensure that execution is compliant with quality standards • participate in selection of 3d party employees - Team Leads (TL) and Sales Experts (SE), train and coordinate them • conduct regular quality check of TL and SE work, post-assessment feedback • streamline routine tasks, take care of IQOS boutiques & Brand Retail. • equip TL & SE with necessary working tools • follow-up LSP budget and take care of documents flow • track and report KPIs to Head office REQUIREMENTS: • min 2 years experience in commercial function in retail companies, such as supermarkets, department stores and online retailers (customer-related positions are in favor) • experience in coordinating / leading team of executives • understanding of brand visibility and POSM • experience in handling customer complaints and reclamations • University degree (in management, marketing, business knowledge is desirable • proficient computer skills (esp. MS Excel) • strong communication skills and ability to direct others, strong project management skills • English – Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian – fluent.
