We are looking for a Territory Manager who will be in charge of maximize performance of Philip Morris brands in the territory by creating with the Regional staff the territory strategy. Your ‘day to day’ You will be responsible for the analysis of the market situation & budget (return of investment) within overall area scope; coordinates the implementation, evaluates and provide feedback with the field forces of Trade & Brand activities in every channel; developing team and individuals capabilities and performance to grow within the organization Role Accountabilities: - Create territory strategies based on the regular analysis BP/OWATTS (related to brands & consumers, competition, trade channels dynamics, sales fundamentals, coverage & investment, retailer's profile, zones behavior and evolution), continuously monitoring the market and gather the insights and developments on all channel activities inline with brand, trade and regional strategy. - Build knowledge of Trade, consumer engagement channels and other potential opportunities to engage consumers and build brands providing direction of execution of the territory plans and help the supervisors prioritizing objectives to achieve territory targets. - Address PMI brands growing opportunities in terms of: territories KSI performance, competition, trade channels dynamics, pricing/discount dynamics, retailers and consumers needs; assessing them and building strategies and plans to impact positively the business. - Develop & motivate the team encouraging the empowerment to take the right quality decision, performing in field coaching consistent with the individual development plan and follow up the activities execution and team member performance - Monitors activities and measures achieved results versus set objetives / KPIs, and sets proper actions / targets for the following period accordingly. - Manage resources, time, budget and people to ensure return on the investement.
