The team manages the flagship product of our company, touching core business aspects such as Marketing, Consumer Excellence, Sales, Services and more. The position will be part of a team of experienced professionals that will help the selected candidate build his or her professional and business expertise in various fields of interest. You're ‘day to day’ The Consumer Journey Insight Specialist reports to the Consumer Journey Manager. Main responsibilities include: •Gather and structure quantitative and qualitative data from all Consumers touchpoints involved along the Consumer Journey. •Consolidate all the business unit’s to one effective, convenient and clear dashboard. •Applying variety of analytical techniques to perform root cause analysis and building hypotheses that feed in to actions, further research and pilot projects. •Analyze business operations and consumer data while coming up with data based tactical and strategical actionable recommendations, as to identify new growth opportunities, facilitating our cultural transformation from a brand-centric to a consumer-centric organization. •Work closely with our global Market Research team, Digital team and various business groups to plan new marketing activities based on consumer surveys, market researches data and other data sources. •Collaborate with business groups to build initiatives and projects in line with the Consumer Journey. •Build and manage quality monitoring process to ensure various channels perform as expected, ensure data optimization and new initiatives are tracked properly. •Perform analyses to identify actions that will lead the customer in his journey to become promoter. •Establish an in depth understanding of our business environment and assist the decision making and implementation of research projects aimed at providing concise and insightful information about consumers’ behaviors and perception. •Establish a Customer-Centric approach throughout the organization •Build, initiate development and integration an improve tools that target to optimize our analytic capabilities as a business unit. / Develop, integrate and improve tools that target optimizing our analytical capabilities as a business unit. Individuals which are action oriented, creative, problem solvers and: •Competent in analytical data processing capable of integrating qualitative and quantitative data sets •Deep understanding of the consumers' needs •Passion for data driven marketing •Ability to tell the story behind the numbers. •Detail oriented •Strategic thinker •Initiative takers •Excellent collaboration with colleagues and senior managers •Independent and self-driven •Good presentation skills •Strong communication skills to make consumer insights relevant for different audiences •Results-driven mindset •Process leading ability Requirements: •BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management •MA in Social |Psychology – preferred •Experience in Consumer Marketing / Product Research - mandatory •Experience driving consumer insights •Vast experience in a commercial/business analytic role (3 years at least) •Experience in a B2C company preferred •Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write and present – mandatory •Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) •Specialization in Information Systems – an advantage •Proven experience in big data B2C analysis – an advantage •Knowledge in Consumer Journey methodologies - an advantage •Strong knowledge of Power BI and Tableau - an advantage
