RRP Regional Commercialization Executive

Job description: • Create a team of professionals responsible for direct sales of the product according to the monthly plan. • Search, select and assess candidates; motivating subordinates and controlling their work • Providing training and development for subordinates (sales skills, communication). • Ensure achieving KPI and analyze performance of the team . • Keeping up high level of motivation to perform and achieve sales plans.
