RRP Regional Customer Care Executive

ACCOUNTABILITIES: ∙ Coordinate deployment of customer service and customer care programs, as well as manage third party service provider in the area, ensure that execution is compliant with quality standards; ∙ Participate in selection of 3d party service providers and coordinate provision of services by 3d parties; ∙ Streamline routine tasks, take care of frontline team & brand retail set-up; ∙ Maintain budget tracking and documents flow; ∙ Coordinate operation of brand retail; ∙ Track and report KPIs. REQUIREMENTS: ∙ University degree (in management, marketing, business knowledge is desirable); ∙ Experience in coordinating customer services is desirable; ∙ Understanding of brand visibility and POSM; ∙ Experience in handling customer complaints and reclamations; ∙ Minimum 2 years experience in commercial function; ∙ Proficient computer skills (esp. MS Excel); ∙ Strong communication skills and ability to direct others, strong project management skills; ∙ English – Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian – fluent.
