Your day-to-day will include managing and establishing customer-oriented digital campaigns (b2c), Building and operating complex customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, gathering and analyzing information and recommend how to improve our digital activities across a variety of channels. Salesforce CRM system management, D2C Ecommerce site management and maintenance / UX in developing campaigns, tools and digital systems and more.
Who are we looking for?
•Planning, managing, maintaining and optimizing Customer journeys using Marketing Cloud and implementing new tools to provide direct response to consumer communications.
•Perform in-depth analysis and investigation of our digital performance across all tools and channels for continuous improvement.
•Defining and executing digital campaigns to help build and grow our brand power, drive traffic, engage and retain consumers.
•Management of our digital presence, media campaign planning and performance analysis to drive continuous growth. Implementing innovative tools in the digital media ecosystem
•Maintain and develop new digital marketing initiatives to increase consumer traffic and conversation, sales through our e-commerce site and digital funnels.
•Intensive work with a third party to develop digital campaign
Who are we looking for? Personal capabilities:
We are looking for digital campaigners who live data and has deep knowledge and experience in the direct communication and want to lead big brands to continue success and build new brands to scale. Independent, with the ability to learn and develop over time, meticulous and professional who like to research and analyze large amounts of data.
•Over 4 years of experience in leading digital campaigns with proven experience in the world of direct communication (SF Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IBM Marketing Automation and others)
•Demonstrated success in engaging, deploying and implementing integrated digital marketing solutions such as Marketing Automation, CRM, eCom, landing pages and other digital marketing tools
•Ability to analyze large amount of data, draw conclusions and perform data-based optimization
•Experience with Google Analytics, Heatmap, Excel and High-Level Data Visualization tools - a must
•Creativity, ability to withstand stress and work in parallel on multiple tasks, ability to lead complex processes independently and in staff, excellent communication and human relations
•High level English
• Experience working with Power BI - an advantage
