IT Business Analyst

Are you interested in joining the IT Finance Team? If the answer is yes, then we’d like to hear about you. We are looking to recruit our next IT Business Analyst. PMI SCE in Kraków is seeking curious and dynamic team members to join our IT Corporate Platform Team. The team is fully responsible for the global end-to-end design and delivery of IT Solutions. We are a team running global Finance Treasury and Tax projects, ensuring governance, consistency of technical architecture and delivering solutions with internal and suppliers’ resources. Your ‘DAY TO DAY’ As a IT Business Analyst you will be supporting and contributing to the existing and new finance solutions globally while providing proposals for improvements, optimizations and automation. You will guide business by capturing business requirements and developing the solution accordingly; while ensuring testing proves that the best solution is delivered. Drive communication and relationships with internal and external partners. Act as the main contact point for various Partners, to conceptualize and co-design the solution. Ensure solution alignment with the Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices. Change our system landscape, by establishing governance principles and standard methodologies encouraging for the best quality. Who we’re looking for: 4+ Years of experience with SAP and other finance solutions (ideal hands-on), including a high level understanding of integration solutions, Very good knowledge of Finance Processes (Tax, Treasury), Desired expertise in applying delivery methodologies, motivated to develop and apply new ways of working (Scrum / Agile), Strong analytical and superb communication skills, Creative thinking skills, Organized with attention to detail yet proactive, Equipped with a growth mindset and drive for innovation, Drive for Result and Problem-Solving Skills, with the capability to process large amounts of complex data to drive business decisions in the ambiguous and ground-breaking environment, Ability to establish relationships in global & matrix environment, Team-player with confirmed ability to work independently.
