The Digital marketing team is responsible for creating experiences to drive awareness, acquisition and activation, as well as for orchestrating the services required to enable these experiences. The Digital marketing team helps establishing our modern communications vision, and lead the execution of new projects, capabilities and programs in a highly regulated and restricted environment (including severe restrictions on paid and social media).
Philip Morris Israel Ltd. is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing and digital department at PMI Israel, based in Tel Aviv. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital team, and have the opportunity to lead and establish the local digital strategy by planning, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns and tools across relevant digital channels.

•Establish the local digital marketing strategy and media plan (paid, owned), integrated with the brand plan and calendar, and inclusive of the Corporate Communications media requirements, taking into consideration the motivations, preferences and online behaviors of different audiences and segments within.
•Define the local digital priorities, targets and budget, establish the optimal digital channel mix and contribute in maximizing the market digital potential.
•Work closely with the local brand content, acquisition and retention teams to develop and launch effective 1-2-1 campaigns aligned with business objectives, e.g. increase awareness, drive conversion, build loyalty and advocacy.
•Run e-Commerce and the IQOS website, by adapting the global strategy and solution to the local context and needs.
•In close collaboration with the brand content, acquisition and retention teams, plan and deliver local CRM strategies and plans that deliver against the annual KPI's and support consumer acquisition conversion, retention and loyalty.
•Run A/B testing of campaigns on an ongoing basis, evaluate results and implement most effective options.
•Track, analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, recommend improvements and adapt the strategy accordingly.
•Ensure digital activities are linked with offline ones for message consistency and optimize the digital omni-channel campaigns to increase business results.
•Monitor the local regulatory changes impacting digital and adjust the plan accordingly.
•Work in multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for digital campaigns’ execution and optimization across digital channels.
•University degree in Business, (Digital) Marketing, Communications or related field.
•5-7 years digital marketing experience in digital media agency, FMCG company or blue-chip corporate (D2C focus).
•Experience in managing teams
•Strong knowledge of digital tools and media landscape.
•Deep understanding of CRM platforms and modern e-Commerce technology landscape.
•Well versed in digital marketing technologies and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
•Solid digital campaign experience and knowledge of market culture, online customers behavior, online and data trends.
•Good understanding of Data Management Platforms.
•Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, data-driven and critical thinking, ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and arrive to high quality decisions.
•Exceptional collaboration and communication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm.
•Stakeholder management experience, leading teams and external business partners.
•Fast learner, curious and outward looking.
