PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. During your 12 month graduate program you will discover what Operations @ PMI is, and, you will develop your technical and leadership skills through rotational assignments in various departments. The Program is designed to maximize your development and set you on the path to your long term career. Who you are? At PMI, we are looking for motivated individuals interested in pursuing their professional careers in an international environment. They are willing to influence their own development, and put their own ideas into practice. You have an Engineering or Life sciences degree (university level or minimum HES) with max 1-2 years professional experience. You are curious, results-focused and willing to take risks. You have excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written) and have the ability to work in Switzerland (work permit). Your Program Your program will start with a comprehensive onboarding, followed by rotational assignments through 2 or 3 Operations departments such as Quality, Engineering and Production. The objective of the graduate program is to give you a holistic understanding of the PMI Operations business. You will have one dedicated Management Team member for coaching & continuous follow-up as well as a buddy to help you with your day-to-day questions. Your Personal Development Plan as well as a Formal Evaluation & Feedback after each assignment/project will help you to develop yourself throughout the graduate program. At the end of the 12 month rotation, you will have the opportunity to grow into a position within PMI such as a Project Engineer, Production Supervisor or a QA Team Leader.
