YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Manage, plan, lead activities of Production units in compliance to Sustainability, Quality and Legal requirements • Ensure full focus on achieving all assigned KPIs linked to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale • Own strategy development and deployment (linked to PDCA and factory CBN) for Production units • Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement culture within Production Department • Develop and lead an integrated and high performing team following principles of OPEN+ to step up the team capabilities • Lead the Production department budget preparation in line with strategy, ensures tracking and compliance to committed planned numbers • Ensure that production is adequately staffed with personnel. Manage, coach and motivate staff, arrange training programs and delegate appropriate responsibilities, in order to develop skills, professionalism and high performance. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent education • 5 - 8 years’ experience in production area within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or similar industry • At least 5 years in a managerial role • Good command of written and spoken English • Competent user of MS office and SAP program WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
