You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working of working that span the whole world! Your ‘day to day’ As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible to provide full quality support and expertise to other departments to achieve a high level of quality material, product and process. You will be tasked to initiate improvement plans related to processes and products, provide technical or analytical direction to solve quality and/ or operational issues while looking for productivity and standardization opportunities. You are accountable to ensure the improvement and/ or maintenance of local Quality Management System (QMS) with related procedures in alignment with PMI QMS Compliance. Define and maintain a monitoring system for consumer complaints to capture appropriate historical data and trend analysis to identify potential deviations and preventive actions are part of your responsibilities too. You are responsible to lead and support the internal audits (self-inspections) and external audits too. Ultimately, you are responsible to drive continuous improvement projects, high productivity & excellent quality of processes & products and optimize operation costs. Who we’re looking for You will excel in Quality Engineer role should you have: • University degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering or any related disciplines. IRCA Certified Lead Auditor is a plus advantage. • Minimum 6 years of professional experience quality assurance in FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar industry. • Advanced knowledge on quality tools, root cause analysis and QA methodologies. • Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumptions. • Strong team-work and collaboration skills with analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & verbal). • Experience in IT skills and project management skills. • Solid fundamental in ISO, ICH, GMP or any relevant standards.
