PMI wants to drive clear behavioural changes in our consumer interactions, and we have built a global Digital Consumer Engagement (DC2) platform, and the CMS/DAM is a significant part of our ecosystem, driving the segmented, and/or personalised user-experience. The ability to manage how this achieved through our owned (mobile/web) platforms is essential in driving our ever-increasing brand/product and services portfolio. Your role is to lead the capability for our iQOS brand, and additionally across into our corporate communications and innovation/better-life business teams to ensure we have comprehensive global DAM/CMS design/data system frameworks. You will be at the fore-front in enabling PMI to build the best, most advanced "owned" properties to deliver our consumer acquisition/retention and revenue targets! We are, therefore, looking for a Head of CMS & DAM Experience and Personalisation (BA&PD) for our Business Architecture & Process team in London, UK (Global Studio). AEM personalization can be complex, your role is to avoid complexity through design excellence and keep the consumer activation and CTA's top of mind. When connected to our CMS layers (through our CX, UX and UI), it is vital we deliver the appropriate content, at scale and in a competitive timeframe! You will: • Lead the design of our investment in the Adobe AEM suite of products. • Define our 3 to 4-year plan for Adobe AEM at scale • Understand the complexities of the PMI ambition and liaise with our consumer, communications, research groups in ensuring we deliver an integrated design & data system framework, that enables IT and our partners to build the most leading-edge derivatives of AEM. • You must ensure that we own our platforms. Working with our integration and vendor partners, you must ensure that PMI retains all design and operating ownership of our implementation, including workflows, documentation and auditing records. • Be the leading design partner for our IT organisation, ensuring our recommendations are suitable for our overall DC2 platform and our consumer operations • You will ensure that our agency, media and production partners understand our technology frameworks and designs, and work with our internal capability leads on ensuring that programs are available to enable our partners to easily use our investments in our owned content platforms. • Act across the team and plug into the other consumer experience team to ensure a group approach to solving problems We’re looking for someone with: • Hands-on experience of AEM and Adobe’s other platforms that feed into this DAM/CMS architecture • A proven track record, in taxonomy, digital rights-management, content approval process/design, workflow operations and campaign operations. • A detailed understanding of the constructs of targeting platforms (Adobe Target/Optimizely), to enable us to build flexible frameworks for data-driven content experiences. • Some knowledge of all content technologies across owned, earned, paid and syndicated media • To test, craft and execute these designs in partnership with IT to advance the consumer experience and attain our global important metrics of consumer growth and consumer frequency • Cross-functional leadership skills • Critical thinking, with the ability to get things done and to budget • An understanding of how technology is changing the way we think about content • Technical knowledge of common content platforms is a must, an understanding of the processes of content is required, plus experiences of understanding how technology is changing the way we think about content. It helps if you have: • Experience in crafting data-driven personalized/targeted experience within the AEM framework, building out design frameworks, to use personalization from upper to lower funnel. • Experience in brands, agencies, content production partners and or media agencies, all add vital degrees of experience to this role. • Attitude and Aptitude.
