We are now looking for an S&OP Executive – Demand Planner to our Stockholm office to be a part of the Nordics Operations team and responsible for supporting our Nordics markets. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Demand Planner you will be part of a team that supports the Nordic markets with demand and Supply Chain planning from factories to stores. You will have direct and indirect contact with internal stakeholders, factories and other markets. As a part of Philip Morris you will always strive for improvements in processes and identify areas where we could develop. On your day to day work, you will be in charge of the following tasks and projects: • Demand Planning - Forecasting • Control and project inventory levels • Ensure optimal replenishment and availability of finished goods • Cooperate with our third party logistic service providers • Coordinate production with PMI, and external factories • Support customer service to ensure proper finished goods distribution • Cooperate with Customs Authorities, prepare tax declaration and perform reconciliations • Collecting business intelligence with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Finance & Business Planning. • KPI management & reporting • Project management including new product launches, regulatory initiatives and others As a Demand Planner you will be reporting to our Nordic Supervisor Supply Chain and Operations. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Finance • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain area • Excellent social and communication skills in corporate English language (Nordic language is a plus). • Outstanding analytic skills and an exceptional drive to resolve issues • Good Excel knowledge WHAT WE OFFER You will join a company that invests in you.
