We are looking for a People Engagement Executive to contribute to the strategy, action planning and execution to grow the PMI South Cluster and PMLAS team members commitment towards our vision, purpose, roles, teams and communities. How do you build commitment in an organization? Working together with the Management Team, with P&C business partners, with Organizational Effectiveness via leadership & learning, with Employee Experience, with IT and through our overall leaders community. Your day to day: * Adapt engagement plan according to context and local, regional and global needs * Set the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly agenda and its consequent conversations (co-define subjects, approaches, channels with clients) * Develop campaigns or one shot actions, align them with stakeholders, brief agency and follow up considering Cluster and PMLAs audiences their consumption patterns and characteristics * Timely and precisely implement campaigns or one shot actions * Measure & analyze each action, share learnings with invested stakeholders (client/s, speakers/s, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Experience, agency) Who we are looking for * College/University studies preferably on either Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations * Proven work experience in Communications or Marketing * Drive, synthetic thinking (global/regional/local), empathic oral performance * Sound judging as the position involves dealing with sensitive material and confidential information * Fluent english level is a must * Computer skills, including MS Office,Sharepoint/Yammer/Oneplace usage knowledge is an asset. * Experience facing customers is a must. * Experience in Cultural Management will be highly appreciated What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
