Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’ The Trade Support Executive reporting to the Commercial Planning Leader is contributing for developing and maintaining a robust a solid trade platform for our products among our customers. You will responsible for the execution and implementation of the actions defined in order to support trade initiatives, always looking for a consumer centric and omni channel approach. You will be accountable for the follow up of the channel results, analysing its performance, proposing action plans, being responsible for the coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the proposed goals. Who we’re looking for - University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant degree. - 3-5 years of experience. Experience in FMCG companies is a plus. - Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1). - Strong collaborator and team player. - Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI skills is a plus. - Analytical and critical mindset. - Proactive and goal oriented person. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Creative mindset – looking for business opportunities and problem solving.
