In this position, you will partner with functional leaders & people managers to deliver functional strategy by building people and organization capabilities and transforming culture, while maintaining harmonious employee (labor) relations. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Strategy Development & Deployment - Ensure long term P&C Strategic Priorities are defined and agreed with respective stake holders (Functional Leadership Teams, P&C Management Team and relevant Regional & Global CoEs) as well as lead execution of strategic priorities by developing & deploying P&C products, services and solutions. • Organization Design - Support Leadership Teams and people managers in defining, updating and planning organization design in line with business needs to ensure effectiveness. • Talent Management - Facilitate functional talent reviews meetings to ensure objective identification of talents, robust succession plans and employee development plans. Support capability building of employees through trainings and various employee development interventions as required. • Performance Management - Facilitate Objective setting process to ensure all employees have Yearly Objectives, facilitate year end performance calibration meetings to ensure objective & fair assessment of employee performance. • Employee Engagement & Managing Change - Support Leadership Teams and people managers in increasing employee engagement by gaining organization insights through formal & informal channels and developing action plans to address employees pain points. • Employee Relations - Ensure harmonious employee relations through constant engagement with Labor Union Leadership, establishing & managing communication channels with Union Leadership & Representatives, participating in negotiation processes. • Functional Projects & Initiatives - As part of leadership team, participate in functional initiatives & actions e.g. Integrated Operating System deployment, Health & Safety Projects etc. by developing self-capabilities, following agreed routine and action plan as well as coaching employees on relevant matters WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Minimum 10 years HR Experience with 2 years as Leadership Team Member • Experience in Global MNC and/or matrix organization • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant fields • Good command of written and spoken English • Knowledge in Performance & Talent Management Models and Processes • Good understanding of organization design & managing behavioral change • Strong change management, negotiation skills WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
