Intern Data Analysis for Business - Project Portfolio Planning As an intern, you should have the following skills/experience: • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analysis, Data Science or related area; • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to gain insights; • Deep understanding of data management, ability to process raw data and to organize databases; • Proficiency in Infographics and Data Visualization and ability to explain complex research in easy language; • Ability to use data collection methods and statistics to measure organizational performance; • Self-starter with ability to quickly ramp up on new tools and technologies; • Hands-on approach, team work attitude, naturally curious; • Highly motivated and self-learner; • Critical thinking, problem-solving oriented; • Good communication skills; • Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management; • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Technical Skills: • Microsoft Office, in particular advanced proficiency in the use of Excel; • Power Bi; • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow as Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a plus. As an intern, we count on you to achieve these following tasks: • Modeling appropriate databases including key information on the organizational performance; • Developing and maintaining Manufacturing Solutions’ Executive Dashboard according to the key stakeholders’ requirements; • Automatizing the Project Portfolio reporting on a periodical basis; • Supporting the PMO team in the creation of a standardized set of metrics for Project, Program and Portfolio Management. You will join the Project Portfolio and Planning team within Manufacturing Solutions, which supports actively the Sr. Management in the maintenance of the Master Plan and provides the organization with the necessary tools and standards to enhance the project, program and portfolio management (PMO).
