You will be part of the Product Care & After Sales Team and you will coordinate and monitor all the Reverse Flow and After Sales activities: Your ‘day to day’ • Implementation of warranty and goodwill policies related to Electronic devices and accessories across all commercial channels in collaboration with Global Functions • Monitoring and forecasting of swap rate per model and channel, including financial impact • Design and implementation of activities aimed to minimize swap rate and NFF (No Fault Found devices), providing relevant instructions and insights to all channels • Design and implementation of replacement method, after sales promotions and trade in strategies • Collaborate strictly with CSC (Contact Service Center) in order to properly implement and monitor replacements, with Customer Service Operation in order to ensure adequate stock levels and solve criticalities • Monitor return flow, including L1 device inspection and waste management, in order to provide proper feed-back to suppliers, partners and channels to improve the flow efficiency • Budget management • Team management, external consultants coordination • Internal and external Stakeholder management Who we’re looking for • Graduaton in Management engineering , economics or related field • 4 years experiences in governance and monitoring of Reverse flow activities in commercial organization • Strong Analytical skills • Strong project management skills • Stakeholder management • Advanced MS Excel Skills, MS Access nice to have • Sales Force package knowledge • Knowledge of warranty and goodwill related topics • The Minimization of replacement rate process cost and NFF (No Fault Found devices) • Basic understanding of electronic waste management • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
