Your ‘day to day’ Responsible for providing Administrative support for the sales teams in the Ontario region, performing standard to complex office & administrative duties with a focus on supporting our internal customers to grow our business and achieve our company’s vision of a smoke free future. General tasks which may include, but not limited to: Business coordination with internal and external stakeholders, creation, reconciling and maintenance of various data/spreadsheets, distribution & coordination of sales materials and information, use of SAP and other specialized software, coordinating events and meetings, identify business improvement opportunities as well as various ad-hoc administrative tasks. The Sales and Distribution Organization plays a vital role at our company. We work with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to bring RBH’s superior brand portfolio to our consumers across diverse market environments. In your role you will be part of a team that oversees all field sales support functions for the region. Ensuring accurate, consistent information and documentation with respect to all procedures and policies. Responsibilities will include written and verbal communication, with specific duties in the areas of coordinating meetings, consumer and customer inquiries and various reporting requirements coordinated in support of the sales and administrative functions. In addition, general knowledge of all indirect sales budgets, shipping, receiving and building maintenance. In addition to a good understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent analytical skills, you possess great written and oral communication skills and attention to details. You are an experienced sales professional who has been working in this area for the past 3-5 years. You have a College diploma or University degree in Business or related fields and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
