YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Plan and support with creatives in a wide range of forms (website [PDP, PLP, banner, pop-up, thumbnails], MMS, Email, tactical visuals, leaflet, voucher etc.) which are requested to meet commercial and conceptual needs of each project managers from different functions • Develop key visuals and creatives related to campaigns or projects on the basis of given assets from global or local toolbox in collaboration with project managers and external agency • Develop and improve overall look & feel of the contents in collaboration with project managers until final implementation stage according to internal deployment system and project timeline • Collaborate and communicate with global or local creative/production agencies to develop and improve creatives WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Graphic Design or Web Design preferred • Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in designing with full proficiency of utilizing industry-leading web and graphic design applications • Experience in Advertising agency with visual development is a plus • Have quality skills in planning, designing and prototyping, with professional knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS and JavaScript & competency in Adobe Photoshop • Educational or professional experiences in designing to comply with brand’s visual guideline as defined in toolbox across campaigns and touchpoints • Strategic thinking in terms of visualization and can-do mindset in challenging circumstances where there’re a great deal of ambiguity • Enjoys working in a cross-functional environment with highly matrixed resources • Fluent in Korean, and proficient in English to collaborate with global teams occasionally WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
