YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Digital paid media campaign planning and execution - Drive discoverability and user acquisition in the digital space via innovative digital acquisition programs and improvement of marketing performance, ultimately driving traffic and conversions on IQOS digital platforms - Set meaningful KPIs followed by performance monitoring and optimizing the campaigns to drive media performance as well as enhanced consumer journey - Manage various tasks in collaboration with global & local IT teams, developers, agencies and/or platform partners for execution • Analyzing media performance - Analyze media data including web analytics and/or sales data of the paid media campaigns for optimization to drive conversions - Support post-buy analysis to get learnings/implications for more advanced campaign plans and media strategies • Media strategies and new media opportunities - Support building up media strategies integrated with various programs to drive e-com sales - Support developing new media opportunities for digital paid media execution based on strong understanding of digital touch points WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 5 to 9 years of experience in digital paid media planning, preferably from FMCG preferred • Expertise in digital media strategy, planning, and execution a strong plus, especially in performance-driven paid media including programmatic • Ability to derive business insights from a variety of market/consumer/platform/marketing performance data • Good understanding of digital media environment, experience in analytic tools as GA • Experience in working with various digital platforms and agency partners preferred • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with superb communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in both Korean and English WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
