In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop the strategy of capability building, talent management and strategic workforce planning activities for the Nordic region • Work collaboratively with the full Nordic Leadership Team across the Nordic region on various HR initiatives including employee engagement, I&D and retention efforts • Identify people and organizational needs to meet the business strategy and drive implementation • Lead the implementation of new ways of working post current pandemic that lies in the forefront of what modern HR represents today • Develop the Learning & Development curriculum including delivering of workshops & trainings internally – we love to learn and to equip others to be the best versions of themselves • Participate in regional/global projects focused on talent and organizational development areas Who we’re looking for • You have experience in developing and deploying capability building and performance management processes in a multinational organization • You are achievement-oriented, open minded, energetic and dynamic and see difficult challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. • You have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills as well as a high level of team spirit and ability to laugh with us • When you hear Project Based Organization – you are excited!– you have PBO experience and we will be able to learn from you so that we can grow all together • History of advising leadership and staff • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with focus on Human Resources or a similar qualification and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for this role What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
