This foundation includes global spent visibility, clear cost ownership and governance processes, out of the box thinking for new ways of working and cross functional working between central functions and markets. To lead PMI’s Cost Category Management to the next phase, we are establishing a CoE function, based in Madrid, focusing on cross functional cost categories (Fleet & Travel, Facility & related Services and Corporate Real Estate) with the primary objective to deliver cost optimization targets for PMI’s SG&A and oversee overall G&A costs evolution. Your ‘day to day’ The primary role of the Regional Facility Services Manager is to drive the implementation of integrated facility services across PMI affiliates. The deployment of these initiatives have to be aligned with global implementation plan and PMI Strategy, capturing in a timely manner the productivity contribution committed in each markets. All these activities are implemented to meet the affiliate’s dynamically changing requirements and optimized in order to achieve continuous improvement in cost and quality for best and uninterrupted support to core business. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing global IFM plans in the assigned regions, standarazing FM approach, monitoring the performance of the suppliers, leading periodic business reviews, training local teams. Who we’re looking for • University Degree (engineering discipline, facility management degree or closely related field of study), MBA is a plus. • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus. • +7 years in relevant work experience preferably from the facility service and multinational environment. • Experience in transition from FM to IFM. • Financial acumen to deploy initiatives that add shareholder value. • Strong analytical skills to identify potential improvement opportunities. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities. • Advanced interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse and inclusive community. • Team work, leadership, communication skills and strong drive for results. • Negotiation skills, ability to motivate others and priority setting. • Problem solving ability, analytical thinking, ability of standing alone and to cope with unexpected changes. • Valid EU work permit.
