Your day-to-day will include managing and establishing customer-oriented digital campaigns (b2c), building and operating complex customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, gathering and analyzing information and recommend how to improve our digital activities across a variety of channels. Salesforce CRM system management, D2C Ecommerce site management and maintenance / UX in developing campaigns, tools and digital systems and more. Who are we looking for? Main responsibilities: •Design, build and execute ad hoc, triggered, and automated journeys in Marketing cloud (sales force platform). •Implement and own marketing email funnels to generate conversions, engagement, and retention. •Mapping customer journeys by analyzing touchpoints along the pipeline and maximizing commercial opportunities with this information. •Perform in-depth analysis investigation and continually optimize campaigns KPIs and company’s metrics through A/B testing, personalization, and other data-driven decisions. •Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to develop promotional plans to reach prospective customers. •Create and integrate supporting assets for campaigns using forms, landing pages, SMS, emails ex. •Research and explore new industry updates and ideas. •Solver technical problems and understand the correlation between Marketing Cloud CRM, the site and any additional integration. Who are we looking for? Personal capabilities: We are looking for a CRM and customer journey expert with experience in building customer journeys on Marketing Automating platforms ,live data and has deep knowledge and experience in the direct communication and want to lead big brands to continue success and build new brands to scale. Independent, with the ability to learn and develop over time, meticulous and professional who like to research and analyze large amounts of data. Requirements: •3+ years of hands-on Marketing Automation experience using marketing cloud and Salesforce or other Marketing Automation platforms •Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems, solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics, extensive knowledge of industry best practices. •Demonstrated success in deploying and implementing integrated digital marketing solutions such as landing pages and other digital marketing tools •Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value, as a 'way of thinking', ability to analyze independently and drive insight from complex multi-source data experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and High-Level Data Visualization tools - a must •Creative skills – a plus. • Ability to withstand stress and work in parallel on multiple tasks. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; can talk to anyone, customers, peers, team members, and managers. •Excellent management and leadership skills, a natural leader of both people and projects. •Great attention to details •Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and desire to create immediate impact •Highly motivated, ready to roll up their sleeve and make a difference. •Strong English, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to the technical concept.
